Notes

Thirteen and a half kilometres up the Callaghan Valley from the evo base at Alexander Falls, with 18 km of groomed Nordic track starting at the front door, which almost no hut this far in can claim. Ski it, ride the snow cat shuttle, or fly. Three storeys, eight private rooms, an in house chef, and a wood fired Finnish sauna with a creek to plunge into. Summer stays run too and you can pedal up the Real Life and Wild Spirits trails. The trail in is graded and non technical, but 13.5 km is a long day when the track is unbroken.
